Varas collects only what is needed to render protocols from your sessions: account email (via Sign in with Apple), the video chunks you record, and the protocol Markdown produced from them. Video chunks are deleted after the pipeline completes; only the protocol document and a thumbnail persist. We do not sell, share, or use your data to train third-party models. Single-user model — no other Varas user can see your protocols.
